This is Announcement about the subscription-based services provided by the University
(as of August 28, 2026).
Please refer to this information when using the services.
[Important Notes]
1. Microsoft licenses will be revoked upon graduation or retirement.
2. For students enrolled before the 2025 academic year who are migrating from Naverworks to
Google, 30GB of storage will be provided until graduation.
3. (Important) The Naverworks service (Mail, Drive) will be provided until February 2027,
after which accounts will be terminated.
(Backup of existing data and migration to alternative services required)
- Storage capacity cannot be increased.
- Service details are subject to change based on the terms of the subscription agreement.
